Cancelled and Rescheduled Activities
In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.
Cancelled Activities – You’ll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at the park, please return them there for a refund.
Rescheduled Activities – We’ll contact you with the new date and time.
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. Our support team is happy to help.
Refunds and Exchanges
- If you need to change your booking, every effort will be made to accommodate you at a different date or time. There will be no cash/credit card refunds.
- To add an additional person to your booking, please check our website to see if there is a place left on your desired date and time. If there is a space available please book as normal online.
- An additional handling fee of 20% will apply for all changes to bookings.
Event Terms & Conditions
- A confirmation of your booking will be e-mailed to you following completion. Please ensure that your e-mail is correct on the form or you will not receive a confirmation.
- Please supply a phone number in case we need to contact you – mobile if possible.
- You will need to bring your printed confirmation on the day of your visit.
- Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated time. While every effort will be made to accommodate you, latecomers may miss the start of the tour.
- If you wish to book a large group, please ensure that you all book in together. Once a time slot is full, we cannot add extra people to it. Similarly all information must be supplied at the time of booking and no changes can be made once the booking has been confirmed.
- Use of cameras is permitted throughout the experience, but it is not permitted to take photographs of children other than those under your own guardianship.
- Castlecomer Discovery Park does not accept responsibility for the personal property of its visitors.
- Castlecomer Discovery Park reserves the right to alter the advertised programme due to circumstances beyond our control without refund or exchange.
- If you agree to sign up for our newsletter this information will be used for marketing purposes only and will not be passed on to any third parties.
- By making a booking on our website you are agreeing to share certain financial information with selected third parties in order to process your booking.
